1. Introduction
Welcome to the Bridgeble Platform (“Bridgeble”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement governing your access to and use of the Bridgeble website, web applications, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing the Platform, purchasing any package, or requesting any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
2.1 Platform
Refers to the Bridgeble website, dashboards, portals, and all electronic interfaces through which services are provided.
2.2 Services
All digital, design, and development services offered by Bridgeble, including but not limited to:
Website design and development
Express website packages based on predefined templates
E-commerce website setup using supported platforms
Content integration and basic on-page optimization
Integration with selected third-party tools (payment gateways, analytics tools, SMS gateways, etc.)
Technical support as included in the selected package
2.3 User / Client
Any individual or legal entity that accesses the Platform, creates an account, purchases a package, or uses the Services.
2.4 Project
A specific digital deliverable agreed upon between Bridgeble and the Client, including websites, e-commerce stores, landing pages, scope of work, timeline, and fees.
2.5 Client Content
All content supplied by the Client, including text, images, logos, trademarks, data, or other materials used in a Project.
2.6 Third-Party Services
External services integrated into the Project, including hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, SMS providers, cloud services, or other software tools.
3. Use of the Platform
3.1 Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
Use of the Platform must comply with all applicable local and international laws.
3.2 Account Creation
Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Bridgeble is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access due to the User’s negligence.
3.3 Permitted Use
The Platform may not be used for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to:
Attempting to breach platform security
Uploading malware or malicious code
Hosting or promoting illegal, defamatory, or infringing content
Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages
Violating intellectual property or privacy rights
3.4 Suspension or Termination
Bridgeble reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
Violate these Terms or applicable laws
Are involved in fraud or suspicious activity
Pose security or reputational risks
Where reasonable, notification will be provided.
4. Scope of Services and Projects
4.1 Service Description
Services are delivered based on predefined packages outlining features, limits, and timelines.
Custom requests beyond package limits may require additional fees and written approval.
Bridgeble does not provide legal, accounting, or business consulting services unless explicitly agreed.
4.2 Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide all required content in a timely and usable format
Secure all necessary rights and permissions for Client Content
Review and approve deliverables promptly
Ensure website content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
4.3 Timelines and Delivery
Delivery timelines assume timely Client feedback and content submission.
Delays caused by the Client or third parties are not the responsibility of Bridgeble.
4.4 Third-Party Integrations
Third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies.
Bridgeble is not responsible for pricing, availability, or performance of third-party services.
Third-party fees are generally paid by the Client unless stated otherwise.
5. Fees, Payments, and Taxes
5.1 Payment Methods
Payments may be made via approved methods listed on the Platform or agreed in writing.
5.2 Pricing and Invoices
Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.
Bridgeble may update pricing without affecting already-paid projects unless scope changes.
5.3 Deposits and Milestones
Projects may require full or partial payment before commencement.
Work may pause if scheduled payments are delayed.
5.4 Late or Non-Payment
Bridgeble may suspend services or restrict access until outstanding balances are settled.
6. Service Availability and Support
6.1 Service Continuity
Bridgeble does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, third-party issues, or force majeure events.
6.2 Support
Support availability and scope depend on the selected package and generally exclude marketing or content updates unless specified.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Bridgeble Materials
All templates, code, frameworks, designs, and documentation created by Bridgeble remain its property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for business purposes.
7.2 Client Content
Clients retain ownership of their content and grant Bridgeble permission to use it for project delivery and portfolio display unless otherwise requested.
7.3 Restrictions
Clients may not resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer Bridgeble materials without prior written consent.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public information, except where disclosure is required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” without guarantees of business results, revenue, or traffic.
9.2 Liability Limit
Bridgeble’s total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9.3 Client Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws related to their business and content.
10. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify Bridgeble against claims arising from:
Client Content or products
Misuse of services
Breach of these Terms or applicable laws
11. Termination
11.1 Client Termination
Clients may request termination in accordance with the active refund policy.
11.2 Bridgeble Termination
Bridgeble may terminate services for breach, non-payment, or legal risk.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Bridgeble is legally registered.
13. Amendments
Bridgeble may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
